Jade fees: Free and Pro
Jade Free and Pro use different platform fees. Stripe processing fees are separate and apply to both plans.
Free
Jade charges a 5% platform fee on payments processed through Jade checkout. Stripe's payment processing fee also applies.
Pro
Pro has no Jade platform fee. Stripe's payment processing fee still applies.
What clients pay
Jade does not add a separate fee to the client's checkout total. On Free, the Jade platform fee is deducted from the provider's payout.
